花旗中国技术中心拟裁员3500人
公司将分批次与员工协商签署解除合同协议，企业在裁员时依法应提供的补偿底线为N或N+1（如未提前通知）。
花旗此次提出的补偿方案虽未达到微软等企业的水平，通常会提供高于国内法定标准的赔偿方案。2025年微软在上海的裁员中提供了N+8的补偿方案，
近年来，而梅赛德斯-奔驰中国地区的裁员补偿甚至可达N+11。整体补偿标准高于国家法律规定的最低要求。
